We are LoopStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior Data Scientist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
