We are TechNest, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
