We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Principal Sales Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
