We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Principal Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
