We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Director of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
