We are ApexStream, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Lead Operations Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
